Joyce Morocco, CSEP, AMTCO

With over 25 years of experience in consulting, public relations, and marketing, Joyce Morocco has built a distinguished career across both public and private sectors. An elected official for more than 16 years, she has worked with all levels of government on business development, contract negotiations, proposal management, and international trade initiatives.

Joyce has collaborated with the Canadian government and the Canadian Tourism Commission on sales and marketing strategies for the U.S., China, and India, bringing expertise in contract negotiation, procurement, RFP management, and budget oversight. She is also a nationally certified meeting professional.

A community leader, Joyce is a Past Chair of the Greater Niagara General Hospital, a founding member and Past Chair of the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre. She is also the recipient of the Brilliant Minded Women Political Achievement Award.

Currently, she serves as Regional Councillor for Niagara Falls, Ontario, where she chairs Public Health, co-chairs Social Services, chairs The Women’s Advisory Committee, serves as a Commissioner on Niagara Transit, and is active in Rotary and multiple regional Chambers of Commerce.
