Joyce has over 20 years of experience in consulting and marketing. As an elected official with over 12 years experience, she dealt with all levels of government on business development, contract negotiations, proposals, and international trade and development connecting with business people from around the world.

Joyce has partnered with various levels of the Canadian government and the Canadian Tourism Commission on sales and marketing initiatives to the USA, China, and India. Her extensive marketing background extends to work on both sides of the industry – as a supplier and a nationally certified meeting professional. Experienced in contract negotiations, procurement process, RFP’s, and budgetary requirements.
Not only is she connected to the marketing industry, Joyce also plays a huge part in her community. Past Chair of the Greater Niagara General Hospital; 12 years as Director of Niagara Falls HOLDCO; Past Chair and founding member of the Niagara Falls Community Health Centre; Twelve years as a City Councillor in Niagara Fall, four years Director of Niagara District Airport, four years on the Regional Transportation Steering Committee and Linking Niagara Transportation.
Joyce is a current and active member of: Rotary Club of Niagara Falls Sunrise; The Greater Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce; and Niagara Falls Chamber of Commerce; Fort Erie Chamber of Commerce, Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE); Meeting Planners International (MPI); member with the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners (CanSPEP), Member of Niagara College advisory board.
